For those who have this problem we created an easy solution.

All you have to do to take advantage of that service is mail your headshot and a check for $6 to Binary Artists, Inc.

Please make sure to include your name, email, and a telephone number on the back of your photograph. Also, attach a check for $6 payable to Binary Artists, Inc.
Binary Artists, Inc. will scan your photograph, frame and compress it so it fits the requirements of our website. They will also create a small preview photo so people will be able to notice you right away when searching for actors.
In addition, they will email you step-by-step instructions on how to upload that photograph to your account in Actors Database.
Keep in mind that only submissions with uploaded pictures are accepted in our database of actors.
