Editing Equipment

Some links for searching editing equipment for reasonable price. Independent Filmmakers don not have to spend tons of money to edit their project. It is just a matter what and where.

I found out myself that in offline film editing I do not need special transition, visual effetcs, graphics. So, what is the point to spendthousands of dollars on fancy editing equipment with tons of effects since I am not going to use them anyway. Here some links to check software and hardware for a decent price.

Apple.com - Final Cut Pro - no comments, it is just good, if you check the price you will be surprise even more.

Discreet.com - Edit - if you have a bit of more money and you prefer PC computers.

Avid.com - Avid Xpress - You heard it is good and if you want to be like others and spend some extra money.

You can also choose hundreds of other brands, but until you do not edit on them you can not tell how good they are.
